Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help.

• You can request to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
• To cancel, please email us at support@nuvadesign.in using the same email ID used to place the order, along with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted prior to dispatch. Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Note: If your order has already been shipped and you receive a damaged or defective product, you can raise a return or replacement request as per our Return Policy.
