Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. Since every product at Nuvadesign is made-to-order, we follow a transparent return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining sustainability.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, an exchange is possible only in the following cases, and after validating the unboxing video and photo proof:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective item delivered
- Incorrect size delivered (different from what you ordered)
📌 Please Note: Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Correct size delivered but doesn’t fit as expected
- Change of mind
- Personal preference issues

Time Frame ⏱️
· You must raise a return or exchange request within 2 days of delivery.
How to Raise a Request
Email us at admin@nuvadesign.in with your:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Product images (clearly showing the issue)
Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
Pick-up & Replacements 🚚
- For approved cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).
- A replacement will be sent once the original item is received and inspected.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued via the original payment method.
Important Notes 📌
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- In case of unserviceable pickup pin codes, we may ask you to self-ship and reimburse the cost.
