Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. Since every product at Nuvadesign is made-to-order, we follow a transparent return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction while maintaining sustainability.
Return & Exchange Eligibility π
We accept returns or exchanges only for:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect size delivered (different from what was ordered)
π Please note: As our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues if the correct size was delivered, or for change of mind.
Time FrameΒ β±οΈ
- You must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.
How to Raise a RequestΒ π
Email us at support@nuvadesign.in with your:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Product images (clearly showing the issue)
Our team will review and respond within 24β48 hours with next steps.
Pick-up & Replacements π
- For approved cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).
- A replacement will be sent once the original item is received and inspected.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued via the original payment method.
Important NotesΒ π
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- In case of unserviceable pickup pin codes, we may ask you to self-ship and reimburse the cost.
