We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective items
  • Incorrect size delivered (different from what was ordered)

πŸ“Œ Please note: As our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues if the correct size was delivered, or for change of mind.

  • You must raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery.

How to Raise a RequestΒ πŸ”

Email us at support@nuvadesign.in with your:

  • Order ID
  • Issue details
  • Product images (clearly showing the issue)

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Pick-up & Replacements 🚚

  • For approved cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable).
  • A replacement will be sent once the original item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued via the original payment method.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • In case of unserviceable pickup pin codes, we may ask you to self-ship and reimburse the cost.
