1. How does Nuvadesign work?

We’re a print-on-demand fashion brand — which means your order is custom-printed just for you once you place it. This reduces waste and ensures a personalized experience every time.

2. When will I receive my order?

  • Order Processing: 2–4 business days.
  • Shipping (India): 4–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within India. But stay tuned — global shipping is coming soon!

4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

As we begin processing your product right away, cancellations or changes are not possible once the order is confirmed. Please double-check your size and design before ordering.

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at admin@nuvadesign.in within 2 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos and an unboxing video of the product received

Once we verify the details, we’ll swiftly arrange a replacement or refund for you. Your satisfaction is important to us!

6. Can I return/exchange if the size doesn’t fit?

We only offer exchanges for incorrect sizes delivered (different from what you ordered). Since all items are made-to-order, we don’t offer exchanges for sizing issues if the correct size was sent.

7. Where can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track it from your Order History if you created an account during checkout.
